Step 1: Register your venue
Sign up on the ChewPon business portal and add your venue, opening hours and menu. Connect a Stripe account so you can be paid.
Step 2: Publish a deal
Pick a Happy Hour, Buy One Get One, Bundle, Item Sale or Money Coupon deal, then set the days, time slots and limits that suit your quiet hours.
Step 3: Diners buy in the app
Your deal shows on the ChewPon map and home feed for diners nearby. They pay upfront and get a voucher straight away.
Step 4: Scan, redeem, get paid
Scan the diner’s QR code in the portal to redeem it. Your earnings from each redeemed voucher go to your Stripe account.

For vendors
What does ChewPon cost?
The Full Access Partner Plan is free for your first 6 months, then $180 a month. You can cancel anytime.
How do I get paid?
Diners pay for deals upfront in the app. When you redeem a voucher by scanning it in the business portal, your earnings from that voucher are transferred to your Stripe account, and Stripe pays them out to your bank.
Can I choose when my deals run?
Yes. Each deal has a start and end date, and you can limit it to certain days and time slots, so it only runs in the hours you want to fill. You can also cap how many are sold and how many each diner can buy.
Do I need special equipment to redeem vouchers?
No. The business portal runs in your browser and uses your phone or tablet camera to scan the diner’s QR code. You can also type the voucher code in.
For diners
How do I redeem a deal?
Open the deal in My Orders and show the QR code to the vendor at pickup. They scan it and your deal is redeemed instantly.
Can I get a refund?
Paid deals can be refunded if you request within 24 hours of purchase and at least 48 hours before the deal expires, and the deal hasn’t been redeemed. Go to My Profile → Request Refund. Reward claims and redeemed deals aren’t refundable.
How do points and tiers work?
You earn 1 point for every dollar you spend on paid deals. Points raise your membership tier, from Bronze to Platinum, and some rewards are only available at higher tiers. Points have no cash value.
