Terms and conditions

By creating an account or using the ChewPon app, the business portal or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use ChewPon. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

ChewPon connects you with discounted food and beverage deals from participating vendors. Deals are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. You are responsible for reviewing each deal’s terms, including expiry dates and redemption rules, before purchase.

When you buy a deal you receive a voucher that can be redeemed at the vendor by presenting the QR code in the app. Each voucher may be redeemed once unless otherwise stated.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe.

A voucher can only be redeemed on the days and at the times the deal allows, and before it expires. Some deals and rewards also require a minimum membership tier.

Unless required by law, redeemed deals are non-refundable.

An unredeemed paid deal may be refunded if you request it within 24 hours of purchase and at least 48 hours before the deal expires. A deal with no expiry date only needs the 24-hour condition.

Reward claims are not refundable.

Request a refund in the app under My Profile → Request Refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, and any points earned on the purchase are removed.

Points earned through purchases and activity have no cash value and may expire. ChewPon may adjust tiers, point values, and reward availability at its discretion.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to resell vouchers, defraud vendors, or interfere with the operation of the app, the business portal or this website. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Businesses that list deals on ChewPon are responsible for honouring them as described, including the stated days, times, limits and fine print, and for the food and service they provide.

Businesses sign up and manage their deals in the ChewPon business portal. Payments for redeemed vouchers are made to the business’s Stripe account.

The Full Access Partner Plan is free for the first 6 months, then $180 a month, and can be cancelled at any time.

Information on this website is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but deals, features and prices may change without notice.

ChewPon acts as a marketplace and is not the provider of the food or services offered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChewPon is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of deals provided by vendors.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ChewPon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
